ReSqueeze Pouch Recipe - Peanut Butter and Jelly Green Smoothie

A little boy's favorite smoothie by Ana Negru - PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY GREEN SMOOTHIE  One individual serving container (5-6 oz.) of your favorite vanilla or berry-flavored Greek yogurt  1 cup fresh or frozen berries of choice  1 Banana  1 Tbsp peanut butter 1/2-3/4 cup milk of choice  Handful of leafy green (baby spinach, kale, etc.)  Small handful of ice cubes  Blend and pour into a ReSqueeze pouches. Freeze any leftover pouches for when running out the door!

Tropical Delight 1/2 peach 1/3 mango juice 1/4 cup pineapple chunks 1/4 cup strawberry yogurt We blend all these for about a minute, adding water as necessary to liquefy.  They last for a day in the fridge or can be frozen in ReSqueeze’s bags, then defrosted by running them under warm water. Beet Carrot Ginger Purée:  2 Beets 4 Carrots Few gratings of ginger Peel and roughly cube carrots and beets, drizzle with olive oil and roast on baking sheet in oven for 30 min at 400 degrees. ReSqueeze Pouch Recipe - Homemade Applesauce

Ingredients 3 lbs apples (the sweeter the better) 1/3 cup brown sugar 2/3 cup water juice from one lemon crock-pot Instructions Core and cut apples into fourths. Leave skins on for extra nutrition. Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 4-6 hours. When apples are tender blend in blender in batches to desired consistency. Store in air tight container in fridge for up to 2 weeks. Asparagus Lentil Salad in a Purée! One bunch of Asparagus Three small yellow potatoes, cubed 2 c. cooked green lentils A dash of dill Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Roast asparagus (15 min) and potatoes (30 min, turning once at 15 minutes) in oven with a drizzle of olive oil. Combine cooked lentils, dill, potatoes, asparagus and a half a cup of water in blender and blend to desired consistency.  Adapted from this recipe. Asparagus and Pea Purée One Bunch of Asparagus 1 C Peas  Half Shallot 2 T Parmesan Cheese 1/2 C Water, Broth or Breastmilk Olive Oil Directions: Coat asparagus and shallot with olive oil and roast on baking sheet at 350 for 20 minutes or until vibrant green and soft. Boil peas until vibrant green and softened. Add asparagus, peas, shallots, cheese and liquid to blender or food processor and blend to desired consistency. "Start with a couple kiwi and dice into small bite size chunks. Add a sliced and skinned pear and a handful of spinach. Put in the blender, adding some liquid to keep it a smooth consistency. Ingredients: 2 cups ice cubes 1 cup frozen berries 1/2 very ripe banana 1 6-oz. container blueberry greek yogurt splash of milk to get to consistency you want Directions: Place all ingredients into bowl of blender. Ingredients 1 sweet potato 3/4 c applesauce water Preparation Instructions Scrub sweet potato clean. Puncture a few times with a fork. Place on paper towel or microwave-safe dish and microwave on high for 4-5 minutes, turning over potato half-way through cooking.
